The bedroom is nestled below, allowing for quiet sleeping and mornings with a view. This sustainably conscious space offers a lawn, private bathroom (compost toilet bucket), and covered outdoor kitchen. There is access to a shared garden as herbs, fruits, or other vegetables may be available.
This house is a part of the Tierra Sagrada network, a community of homes and owners who facilitate opportunities, through tourism, to give back to the local and regional community through direct and in-kind contributions for solutions to social and environmental challenges. We give at least 5% back to community led initiatives annually.

Wake up with views of Atitlan and Toliman volcanoes framed through the garden! This spacious room offers a king size bed, large glass sliding doors to the patio, lots of light combined with the warmth of wood construction. Beside the patio, a private fully enclosed kitchen offers flexibility to cook from home. This sustainably conscious space offers a private composting toilet and shower in the outdoor bathroom and access to a shared garden as fruits, herbs, and vegetables may be available. An oasis just a brief walk to everything in San Marcos.
