Hi Ivett, Can you update the income for Alexander's rent to the actual USD amount? It's the total in Christopher's account per the image.

Jessica and I spoke about the rent amounts. Jardin de Suenos: Low season $60/night. High season Nov+: $100/night Both places we will offer 30% discount for 7 days or more. So a week of low season is 60*7 days *.70 discount = $294 USD or about $2205Q

I am going to write that rate, and will share the ad here, to you to read, before I post it.

To make this ad I took as a base Jessica description of the place and add some more information about the payment, using chat GPT to integrate the information.

Imagine waking up to the breathtaking vistas of the Atitlan and Toliman volcanoes, perfectly framed by our lush garden! Our inviting room exudes coziness, boasting a luxurious king-size bed, expansive glass sliding doors that open up to a charming patio, and an abundance of natural light complemented by the comforting embrace of wooden architecture.
Adjacent to the patio, you'll find a fully equipped, private kitchen that allows you the freedom to whip up your favorite meals right at home. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we've thoughtfully incorporated a private composting toilet and an open-air shower into your outdoor bathroom experience. Plus, you'll have access to our communal garden where you can pluck fresh herbs, fruits, or vegetables if they're in season.
And for an extra treat, we have a traditional sauna at your disposal, ready whenever you feel like indulging in some relaxation. You're more than welcome to make use of it whenever it suits your fancy. Your stay here promises not just comfort, but an authentic and enriching connection to the beauty of our surroundings.
Our regular daily rate for accommodations is $100 or 780 Q. However, during September and October, we're thrilled to offer a special promotion, slashing the daily rate by 40% to just $60 or 473 Q. It's important to keep in mind that this discounted rate applies to stays of at least three nights.
For those seeking longer stays, we're sweetening the deal with an additional 30% off, bringing the weekly rate down to just $294 or 2205 Q.

There will be increased spacing between the paragraphs, and I notice that didn't mention about the filtered water system.

"we've thoughtfully incorporated a private composting toilet and an open-air shower into your outdoor bathroom experience." maybe should be "we've have filtered tap water, composting toilet, compost bio-digester for renewable cooking and a garden view shower."

I think Jessica (or perhaps Crystal helping) can make this all read better.

It feels like chatgpt is a little over the top for my taste if this is targeting the San Marcos group, though I can see its use of adjectives to be helpful in selling the room more broadly to outside tourists. It just feels a little inauthentic for San Marcos folks. So, assuming we're targeting a somewhat more inner circle of folks right now, I made it slightly more modest. Plus, those folks are likely to come take a look first and it will be a good fit or not. However, we might consider having two versions, the slightly modified San Marcos version and the tourist version because there's definitely merit in the hook and sell version, that we might use on the Tierra Sagrada website for example. Does that seem like a good idea?

I like the idea of having two versions Jessica, but I agree that the one that you did is more align to the simplicity yet beuty that a lot of people are looking in San Marcos.
