Yeah, Alexander is Moving in to Casa Paz, this month the Rent Will be lower down to 4,000 Q but next month Will be rise to 4,200 Q if he stay.
He need a better chair as he works online.

Yes, that kitchen needs a blender and it should also have a coffee/tea maker. The one that is there has a broken handle.

He doesn't need the coffee machine, but he does need a blender and a proper chair to sit. He is ok with a simple one but no plastic he request. He's move in already Jessica, he is here now.
