So Juana cleaned today Casa de Sueños, and Cecilia clean Casa de Paz. I would like to ask how much are we paying to Juana daily? I gave her 300 Q per one cleaning from the last week and and two for this. But I do consider that 120 Q could be fair as she also spend money and time coming from Panajachel.
What is the amount of time Juana is spending for the turn over cleanings at Jardin de Sueños?
usually she arrives at 8 and goes at 2 pm, so it is around 6 hours. Without counting her time on the boat.

Sometimes 100 and sometimes 120 Q she told me. But I think 120 Q is a fair price at least for her job 🙏🏽
