Thank you guys. Hopefully we can tweak our communication to get them into our WhatsApp sooner and to perhaps meet people at the arrival spots. I know Lush does that.
Yeah we had only talked about self check in. I think this was a slightly unusual situation, but if we need to arrange meeting time/place, certainly we can offer it and Ivett can arrange that with them. But Airbnb guests come early and late, so it could be a really mixed bag.

Just checking in again on this question....are we managing Alexander's toilet compost bucket? Is Esteban helping with this? Is he getting his shaving bucket refilled? We will also need to check-in with Marianna to make sure her shavings bucket is refilled as well.

Juana did a very good job in cleaning Casa Paz y Casa de Sueños. Will be Nice to have her once a week while there is people living in the houses.
Hi Ivett, Marianna is not able to extend her stay after all. But she will be staying late on the 17th which seems fine because we're not going to clean that day anyway. She will need to pay you directly for her additional half day at $40 or Q315.
