Good day! Jessica Zori is ready to move in next Monday, November 6th. She is asking me about the price, if can be $600 for high season and a bit less for low season around $540 or so. Please let me know about a good price for you and for her. So we can close the agreement, she is interested for long term renting in the place, and she agree about the policies you communicated with me.
To clarify, what are the high season versus low season months for Zori? We're ok with the rates, I just want to be sure it's clear which months are which season.

There is a couple that want to book from Nov. 2 to Nov. 9th at the weekly discount rate of 1750 Q per 7 days, they are going to be 8 nights so it's around 2,000 Q aprox. 😊🙏🏽
How is it that people are getting the idea they can rent de Sueños at lower and lower prices? That seems to work out to around $31/night?
Can we also remind folks to keep the gates locked to help deter thefts? It's a bit surprising that they got in, stole so many things and took the lock with them.
Are there any pictures from whatever gardening work Alexander has been doing at de Sueños? Has it been in line with our goals and needs or his ideas?

We'll work on the pricing for Jardin de Suenos. If they are willing to pay $50/night or Q392 in cash, I'd be more inclined to say yes to the couple.

Hello! Sorry for the delay. Zori moved in at Casa Paz on Monday Nov. 06th, she already sent the payment by Paypal $600 to Christopher's account.
The couple will book out tomorrow in the morning, and Juana is going to come to clean the space to have it ready for the couple we are waiting for the 10 th 🙏🏽
There is a water situation that we need to resolve at Casa de Paz, as there is not tap water in the sink of the kitchen. We need to check it out today. I really hope to find someone capable of doing it. Right now waiting for an answer from Cecilia's husband.
Alexander is still pending on his payment. He told me he Will send it by Wise today or tomorrow 🙏🏽
Thanks Ivett. Alexander paid yesterday. I'll make an entry for it. I would definitely like to know what the issue is with the water supply to de Paz, once we figure it out. That's very concerning. Have you been able to find anyone yet?
