Good afternoon, and happy Sunday! Our guest left yesterday morning, and I was thinking if I could post the house again for the time that is available, from tomorrow until Oct. 9th, right? because the 10th someone is going to come.
I might stay until 15th in Guatemala so I'll be here to receive the house after the couple left.
The dates are correct and normally that would make sense to post the house, but I am hoping that Bartolo will be able to work on the bathroom this week. So I have closed the listing on Airbnb and booking through the end of the week. I haven't heard yet whether he will be coming. I'll check with Christopher. We'll probably know tomorrow.
It would be great if you can overlap with our next guests. They are coming from Scotland, I think. But I know you need to go at some point soon. Keep me post on your plans.

Jessica is it ok if we promote a disccount price of $45 per night, minimum 3 nights, and $225 per a week?
Also a friend called Zori, just saw Casa de Paz, and she is interested long term there, she is able to give $600 montly. How you feel about it? She has been living in the lake for around 3 years. She is a very nice person I feel.
Is Zori the one who leads workshops on communication? We're open to her renting Casa de Paz, but of course we want to be sure that she's ok with our policies of no pets, no smoking, and to ask if she plans on holding any workshops/events at the house? Our policy is no events, but we are thinking that if she checks-in with the neighbors and other renters at de Suenos, that maybe occasional events will be ok.
I talked to Christopher and we're going to close de Suenos for Monday and Tuesday and see where we are after that. We have it listed at $90 per night for November online.

Please let me know about a good price for you and for her. So we can close the agreement, she is interested for long term renting in the place, and she agree about the policies you communicated with me.
Alexander will pay the rest of the two weeks during this week, and he is also doing some gardening at his place and Casa de Sueños.

There is a couple that want to book from Nov. 2 to Nov. 9th at the weekly discount rate of 1750 Q per 7 days, they are going to be 8 nights so it's around 2,000 Q aprox. 😊🙏🏽
