Hi Ivett, We have someone on Airbnb asking about renting Casa de Paz for a month mid-November thru mid-December. Before we confirm her request, could you ask Alexander about his plans and whether he wants to continue to stay with us long term?
They are offering around $40/USD per night for 25 days
Great to know! Well I think they are a priority in that case. I could communicate to Alexander that the place is going to be rented form mid. November. We might even offer to him Jasmin House, if he would like to stay longer on the lake.
But before that I'll ask him about his plans and current situation.

yes, I talked with him. He really likes the place, and he told me that he would like to stay at San Marcos until February. But could be Nice for him to find a more affortable place to live, but at the same time he really like Casa de Paz as well. So at least he is staying the rest of the month 🙏🏽
Giuliano left the place clean enough, Cecilia already change the sheets and Will clean today after Bartolo finish the sliding door upgrade.
