Meet with carpenter and go over sizing, design and installation of drying racks and hooks in upper bathroom.

Feedback from guests: - Shower still leaking - 3rd floor toilet not flushing, the hook keeps coming off the chain/rubber stopper - Dirt and dust everywhere, wet cleaning horizontal surfaces, sills, etc - Towels missing, only had one each - Red colored carpet for third floor to reduce splinters in feet from rough wood, red to match the table runner in that room - Curtains could be heavier to block early morning sun for those who are light sensitive - Tiling in third floor bathroom to protect wood and/or shower door - Little round table in patio doesn't work as well as other wood furniture, it needs a solid top - Trash can in rooms for other misc trash - Wind coming through window frame(s) on 3rd floor

The third floor plumbing leaks (in shower and plumbing) need to be addressed.

What should I tell the guest?

I think we need to take some money off, even though we have the expense of the plumber and maybe replacing drywall. It's raining in the stairway and they tried putting off showering. It seems like we opened that room before it was ready and we should have done an inspection first to make sure our checklist was complete for cleaning, etc.

Maybe I should have communicated with him more. But I did respond on several points to his initials concerns, including when the plumber would be coming. And you responded to his second message. So we did respond overall
